Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, are recruiting for an Approved Electrician to join the team based in Leuchars, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position. Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Electrical Services installation, project and repair works.
  • Provide remedial fault diagnosis within existing installations.
  • Liaise with clients/main contractors with regard to progress and installation requirements including the preparation of minor quotes.
  • Make sure that works are progressed in line with current company procedures with regard to on site Health and Safety and comply with current electrical regulations with regard to both installation and record keeping and testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full clean and current driving licence.
  • Completed a SQA Certificate in electrical installations.
  • Hold a current IEE Wiring regulations 18th edition training certificate.
  • Appropriate skill card.
  • Experience of working in commercial and domestic settings.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary depending on experience. Company Pension.
