Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and response repairs to electrical services equipment, including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Undertake the day to day maintenance and repair of building services installations, including lighting, power, emergency lighting systems, energy conservation, heating controls, hot water systems and renewable systems.
- Undertake as directed the planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM) related to Electrical Inspections and Testing within a wide variety of buildings and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, statutory acts and regulations.
- Assist all other trades as and when required.
- Estimate, requisition and recommend the acquisition of necessary materials to ensure that appropriate and satisfactory repairs and maintenance are carried out following best practice and Health and Safety at Work regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Time Served Electrical Apprenticeship.
- 18th Edition qualified with amendment City & Guilds Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391).
- Experience of commercial and light industrial installation practices essential, inclusive of single and three phase electrical systems.
- Current driving licence.
