Responsibilities:
- Conduct all types of Electrical Services works including PPM tasks, installations, and reactive repairs.
- Provide remedial fault diagnosis within existing installations.
- Liaise with clients / main contractors regarding progress, PPM requirements.
- Make sure that works are progressed in line with current company and client procedures regarding Health and Safety and comply with current relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current IEE Wiring regulations 18th edition training certificate.
- Hold a current SJIB Approved Electrician Grade Card.
- Electrical Safe Isolation certification.
- Ideally have experience within a building service in setting.
- Experience of Safe Systems of work.
- Experience of AHU PPM Routines would be beneficial.
- Aware of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Full current driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary depending on experience. Company Pension.
