Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all F Gas requirements and regulations on refrigerant transfer and disposal.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance of Air Conditioning refrigeration and ventilation systems.
- Recording results from PPM tasks into handheld / paper based systems.
- Respond to reactive breakdown calls via Company Helpdesk.
- Liaising with Helpdesk to provide accurate and timely updates and closure of call logs.
- Respond to emergency call outs as required, whilst on duty; and as part of a rota, for out of hours and weekends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Time served and qualified to industry standard or equivalent.
- F Gas Handling Regulations.
- Driving Licence.
- 17th or 18th edition electrical qualification.
- System Fault diagnosis.
- A demonstrable knowledge of air condition and refrigeration process and functions.

- Salary depending on experience.
