Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Support Services Assistant to join the team based in Inverness, UHI House, UK. This is a full‑time, permanent position. The working hours are either 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The role offers an opportunity to work as part of a flexible team providing professional, comprehensive, and high‑quality domestic services to all facilities at the UHI House.
Responsibilities:
- To undertake mail and parcel collection and delivery.
- To undertake meeting room re‑arrangements as required.
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc. in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
- To respond to helpdesk calls as required during working hours.
- To ensure the safe storage of all chemicals and cleaning consumables.
- To provide adequate supplies of cleaning consumables in the appropriate areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
The post holder will be required to perform duties appropriate to the post and may be varied over time. The applicant will be required to have a basic Disclosure Scotland check.

Salary depending on experience. Company pension.
