The Vacancy
Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Fleet and Plant Administrator to join the team based in Glasgow, Scotland. This is a full-time, temporary position covering Maternity.
Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.
Responsibilities
- Maintain central Fleet and plant for FM Business
- Maintain central Fleet and plant Databases for FM Business
- Monitor MOT renewal / expiry dates, Service dates, calibration and repairs. and support Operations Teams and Technical manager with any information required to assist renewal/compliance processes.
- Take ownership and Organise fleet/ plant and test equipment information, ensuring these are maintained in date and form part of robust over-arching policy and procedure.
- Ensure Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system
Qualifications And Experience
- Knowledge and experience of Fleet and Plant Administration
- Knowledge and experience of Training administration.
- Minimum of four years’ administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Works well within a team and can self-deliver routine mini project-based tasks
