Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a Plumber to join the team based in Erskine, Scotland. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Multi‑skill engineer required to carry out site specific PPM and reactive works with Plumbing and heating experience and qualification.
  • To carry out the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with Erskine Care Home and site‑specific requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
  • Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritising works in line with contractual response times and operational criticality.
  • Oversee remedial works arising from PPM inspections, audits and reactive tasks, ensuring accurate scoping, quotation support and timely completion.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience working unsupervised at times.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
