Domestic Gas Service Engineer
Richard Irvin FM Limited, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for a full‑time, permanent Domestic Gas Service Engineer based in Edinburgh, UK.
Responsibilities
- Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
- Install or replace gas appliances and heat emitters.
- Install gas pipework with appropriate tightness/strength testing.
- Replace heating controls and components per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Perform combustion performance analysis on gas appliances as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Domestic ACS qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1.
- OFTEC and BPEC registration where required.
- Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Full, clean and current driving licence.
- Knowledge of unvented hot water systems.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £37,000 – £39,000 (based on experience).
- Company pension.
