We are seeking an IT & Systems Support Engineer to join our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists. The role involves providing first‑line support to clients across the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems.
  • Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures.
  • Help achieve companywide ISO 27001 accreditation.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure and other systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence.
