The predicted salary is between 25951 - 28634 £ per year.

The main focus of each Progress Tutors role is the delivery of the tutorial programme to a number of tutor groups. The management of these tutor groups will be the responsibility of the Progress Tutors and will include supporting and guiding individual tutees. It will also involve the supervision of some study time for each tutor group every week.

Other key duties will include liaising with the Careers and Progression team, academic staff and other support staff in order to ensure that our students achieve their very best.

Hours: 37hrs per week, term time only plus 1 week (40 weeks)

Salary: £25,951 - £28,634 FTE Point 7-11 on the Support Staff Scale (actual salary £23,391-£25,809) depending on experience

Contract: Permanent full time (part time may be considered)

Start date: 24 August 2026
