What You’ll Do
This position will be responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions for RFA clients based on current technologies, working with technical leadership to align with established strategy, performing R&D processes and creating documentation for implementation and support teams, as well as supporting sales management and individual deal flow by problem-solving key technical issues for prospective RFA clients.
Our ideal candidate will be hands-on and execution-oriented with 3–5+ years’ experience in a client-interfacing technical sales role and have a proven track record of presenting technology solutions to Financial Services Clients. In addition to staying abreast of industry trends, RFA’s competition and best practices, the candidate will support the sales team in their efforts to close new business, and up-sell and cross-sell RFA’s suite of IT services and solutions to an existing Client base.
Responsibilities
- Design the end‑to‑end solution architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security
- Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and cost‑effective technical designs
- Apply established technology standards, patterns, and security best practices
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms for RFA clients
- Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and supporting documentation to RFA team members
