I am looking for a HR Officer to work in Humbie, South of Edinburgh who will report directly to the Head of HR and work closely with the site manager. In this role you will be involved in managing the recruitment process end to end, and then managing the induction process when someone joins the business. You will be responsible for onboarding, co-ordinating Occupational Health, managing absenteeism, probation and performance, and ensure HR systems & administration are up to date. You will manage grievance & disciplinary investigations and provide payroll support. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in HR and hold an HR qualification. You will be well organised, have strong administration skills and be an excellent communicator. The role is an office-based role with working hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
