This is a great opportunity for a highly capable construction professional to step into an established project team and provide leadership. Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of our Baiada Poultry project in Tamworth on a 12-week contract.
About the Role
Working closely with the Construction Manager and project team, you will take responsibility for the overall coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring strong communication with subcontractors, consultants and the client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project programme, cost and quality outcomes
- Coordinating project teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Driving construction delivery and site performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, RCC systems and procedures
- Managing project reporting and stakeholder communication
- Supporting problem solving and risk mitigation across the project
About You
We are looking for someone who can step in quickly and bring strong leadership and construction delivery experience. You will ideally have:
- Extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects
- A background in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a trade
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to drive programme and coordinate multiple stakeholders
