We're on the lookout for a Brand & Design Coordinator to join our team in St Leonards. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a degree in construction, architecture, interior design, graphic design or a related discipline, who is creative, switched on, and keen to build a career in marketing within a fast-paced, people-first business.
About the role
Reporting to our Senior Brand Manager, this is a hands-on role where you'll be involved across all things brand and marketing, from content creation and campaigns through to events, digital, and design. You'll play a key role in shaping how we present ourselves across all touchpoints, helping to drive engagement and support business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of brand and marketing activity across digital and print
- Creating content including social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Designing graphics, presentations, brochures and visual content
- Supporting video content creation and editing
- Assisting with campaigns, brand activations and marketing initiatives
- Updating website content and visuals
- Analysing campaign performance and supporting reporting
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life
About you
- A degree in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or similar
- A strong interest in marketing, branding, and storytelling
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work
- Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute ideas
- Strong written and visual communication skills
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video editing / content creation
- Social media platforms or email marketing tools
