The Opportunity
We are seeking Site Engineers to support the successful delivery of projects across Newcastle and the Hunter New England region, working closely with Project Engineers and site teams from early works through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Site Support: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management to ensure quality outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Design Coordination: Support the resolution of design issues and provide technical input during design and construction phases.
- Program Support: Assist with preparation, monitoring and administration of project programs.
- Site Execution: Support quality assurance, environmental controls and reporting on site progress.
- Health & Safety: Actively support RCC's strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and site requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
- Experience on mid to large-scale building projects (structures through to fit-out)
- Strong technical capability with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
