Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end‑to‑end subcontractor contract administration
  • Preparation and administration of subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules
  • Assessment of subcontractor progress claims and variations
  • Support cost control, forecasting and reporting
  • Assist with head contract administration
  • Work closely with Project and Commercial teams to support successful project delivery
  • Cost and project reporting using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided)

About You

  • Experience as a Contract Administrator / Junior CA in commercial construction
  • Exposure to subcontractor and supplier contract administration
  • Industry‑relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Understanding of Contract Law principles and construction regulations
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Proactive, motivated and keen to learn
  • Comfortable working with systems and structured processes
