Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end‑to‑end subcontractor contract administration
- Preparation and administration of subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules
- Assessment of subcontractor progress claims and variations
- Support cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Assist with head contract administration
- Work closely with Project and Commercial teams to support successful project delivery
- Cost and project reporting using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided)
About You
- Experience as a Contract Administrator / Junior CA in commercial construction
- Exposure to subcontractor and supplier contract administration
- Industry‑relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress)
- Understanding of Contract Law principles and construction regulations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Proactive, motivated and keen to learn
- Comfortable working with systems and structured processes
