Due to continued growth, Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking building construction Engineers at all levels to join our Sydney project teams.

The Role:
Depending on your level, you will:
- Support the delivery of building construction projects from early works through to completion
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate works on site
- Assist with program management, QA and cost control
- Manage RFIs, variations, progress claims and reporting
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and the broader delivery team
These are on‑site roles requiring regular site presence and strong collaboration with construction teams.
About You:
- Proven experience in building construction is essential
- Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Experience in Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer roles
- Confidence working on live construction sites in fast‑paced delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Open to relocating to Sydney for long‑term project opportunities
