Due to continued growth, Richard Crookes Constructions is seeking building construction Engineers at all levels to join our Sydney project teams.

These are project‑based, site‑focused roles suited to Engineers who enjoy hands‑on delivery across complex building projects.

The Role:

Depending on your level, you will:

  • Support the delivery of building construction projects from early works through to completion
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate works on site
  • Assist with program management, QA and cost control
  • Manage RFIs, variations, progress claims and reporting
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and the broader delivery team

These are on‑site roles requiring regular site presence and strong collaboration with construction teams.

About You:

  • Proven experience in building construction is essential
  • Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • Experience in Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer roles
  • Confidence working on live construction sites in fast‑paced delivery environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Open to relocating to Sydney for long‑term project opportunities

Please note: Candidates with civil‑only experience (e.g. roads, rail, utilities) will not be considered unless they have demonstrated experience on building construction projects.
