Based out of our West London Studio our culture is one of agility, inclusivity, growth, and commitment.

THE ROLE

Over the coming years, we have ambitious growth plans, and we’re looking for an energetic and proactive creative marketeer to become an integral part of the team. You'll join our friendly, entrepreneurial team, reporting directly to our Commercial Director, Helen and supporting our Marketing Manager, Anna. Sitting at the intersection of creative concepting and hands-on content creation, this junior-mid level role is perfect for someone with ~2 years of experience who thrives managing daily campaign executions, coordinating cross-functional efforts, crafting compelling content, and optimising performance across multiple channels and sales tools. As a luxury business led by our designer-founder Richard, the brand's creative identity and execution is integral to our success and reputation. We are constantly evolving and seeking relevant ways to be bold with our visual identity whilst maintaining a consistency that ensures our audience has confidence in their relationship with us and our products. You will be comfortable across various design outputs – from graphic design of brochures; concepting photoshoots; creating digital media assets and, if possible, also be confident behind the camera for capturing some of our own content outside of hero shoots.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All print and digital graphic design for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensuring our visual identity is always adhered to across all visual assets we put out.
  • Planning and executing video and photography shoots, supported by the Marketing Manager.
  • Digital Asset Creation - working closely with our Marketing Manager and digital agency to deliver the creative assets for our critical acquisition and brand awareness activities – predominantly organic social media / paid digital / CRM.
  • Experimenting with new tools, formats and creative approaches.
  • Ecommerce asset production – owning the creative elements of the Richard Brendon website to ensure the brand and products are merchandised to maximum effect for eRetail performance.
  • Supporting the packaging design and unboxing customer experience.
  • Event design and execution – supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with assets, staging design, product set up and content production at events.
  • Owning the internal Digital Asset Bank – organising and storing all marketing assets for team and partner access.
  • As a small team, there will also be occasions where you will be needed to support wider ad-hoc marketing activities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 2+ years of creative marketing experience
  • An interest in, or affinity to, luxury consumer brands and/or the world of wine, cocktails and good food!
  • Proficiency in The Adobe Suite (critical) - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proven experience in content creation, videography and photography (portfolio or showreel required with examples) with specific experience in hospitality and events
  • Confident shooting and editing on both professional cameras and mobile
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas
  • Able to work independently or as part of a wider team and collaborate where necessary
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to provide solutions and solve problems, with a can-do, proactive attitude
  • Professional, friendly and reliable

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Salary £33,000 - £35,000
  • Join a small but growing team, where you will actually be able to make a difference and directly see the impact of your work
  • One on one time with the founder and heads of departments
  • Flexible working - We commit to 3 days in the office; but with flex for life, business travel etc
  • 70% discount on all Richard Brendon products and 30% discount for Friends and Family.
  • Fast growing start-up with relaxed work environment
  • 25 holiday days per year plus Bank Holidays
  • Summer Working Hours – finishing at 1pm on Fridays for the summer months.
