The role of Supply Chain Manager is central to the smooth running of our inbound and outbound shipping, supplier coordination, and warehouse operations. You will own the day-to-day coordination of our suppliers, shipping partners, and our UK and US warehouses, owning demand forecasting through to fulfilment and turning it into accurately placed orders, well-timed shipments, and clear, proactive updates to the wider team.
The Supply Chain Manager is a dynamic role that enables the achievement of the company’s growth plans, drives operational efficiency, and supports the wider team in meeting ambitious commercial goals.
Inbound & Outbound Shipping:
- Coordinate all inbound shipments, giving warehouse teams timely notice to ensure the smooth receipt of goods.
- Oversee outbound logistics to B2B and D2C customers worldwide, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and shipping partners, ensuring a reliable, cost-effective service and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound delivery queries, proactively identifying and resolving fulfilment challenges.
- Be the communication hub between suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, and our internal Commercial and Sales Team, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Account for demand across our multiple sales channels (retail, hospitality, direct-to-consumer, and bespoke projects), ensuring product availability is communicated and managed.
- Produce regular supply chain and inventory reports, giving management clear visibility of stock positions, supplier performance, and logistics.
- Proactively resolve queries raised by the Commercial and Sales teams and flag risks early.
- Own demand forecasting across our product range, balancing stock availability against sales trends, current inventory, and supplier lead times.
- Translate forecasts into a clear purchasing plan, ensuring timely replenishment while avoiding both overstocking and stock-outs.
- Book and schedule inbound shipments, liaising with suppliers and freight partners to confirm timings, documentation, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate data (product, supplier, cost, etc.)
Warehouse Oversight:
- Provide support to our UK and US warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth fulfilment to our customers, and strong working relationships with our warehouse partners.
Above all, we’re looking for someone dynamic, adaptable, efficient and organised: a brilliant communicator who can juggle multiple relationships at once and keep suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, and our Sales team aligned and informed.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years Supply Chain Operations experience.
- An interest in, or affinity to, luxury consumer brands and/or the world of wine, cocktails and good food!
- Strong experience in forecasting and Excel modelling, with proven ability to analyse complex data sets and drive accurate stock planning.
- Experience managing long lead times and varied supply chain timelines while maintaining efficiency and cost control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and procurement management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across finance, operations, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- An agile and growth-oriented mindset, willing to adapt and deploy new solutions and systems to serve a growing business' needs.
Flexible working - We commit to 3 days in the office; but with flex for life, business travel, etc.
Benefits:
