At Richard Atkins Primary School, we are proud to host The Bubble — our on-site alternative provision for a small number of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Bubble is a nurturing, therapeutic space that offers children the opportunity to regulate, reconnect, and re-engage with learning in a highly personalised way. We are looking for a passionate and resilient Learning Mentor to join our team and support these pupils in building emotional resilience, developing positive relationships, and finding success in education. You will be a key adult for children who face significant barriers to learning. Through strong relationships, clear boundaries, and consistent support, you will help them to develop self-regulation, confidence, and a belief in themselves. You will work closely with other teaching staff, the SLT team, and external professionals to deliver high-quality care and education.

We are looking for someone who:
