Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a main car dealership based in Birmingham in finding them an experienced Workshop Controller.
Your role as Workshop Controller will be to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 12 Technicians, support the 4 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. You’ll be making sure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. Accurately recording Technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations and working with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met.
You’ll work Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and NO WEEKEND WORK!!! The dealership is offering a basic of £35,000 with an OTE of £44,000 (uncapped).
