Salary: £30,000 Basic Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a prestigious premium car dealership in Carlisle to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and supportive warranty team, playing a key role in the smooth running of the aftersales department.
Working closely with Service Advisors and management, you will take ownership of the end-to-end warranty process, ensuring all claims are submitted accurately and efficiently in line with both manufacturer and group standards.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing warranty documentation, maintaining compliance, and ensuring all administration is completed to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator within a franchised car dealership.
Strong knowledge of warranty processes and manufacturer standards.
Experience using the Kerridge dealer management system.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively within a busy aftersales environment.
