Job Description Service Advisor - NO WEEKENDS Location: Wrexham Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | £40,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm | NO WEEKENDS Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join a well-established, premium main car dealership in Wrexham . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a £32,000 basic salary, realistic £40,000 OTE and NO WEEKEND WORK! You'll be joining a successful dealership offering excellent earning potential, manufacturer training and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Role: Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles Liaising with Technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently Advising customers on additional work, repairs and service plans Maximising bonus opportunities through upselling and customer service Delivering excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist within a main car dealership Strong customer service and communication skills Confident in upselling service plans and additional work Experience with Kerridge and 1Link would be beneficial Organised, professional and able to work in a busy dealership environment Salary & Benefits: ~£32,000 Basic Salary ~£40,000 Realistic OTE ~ Uncapped bonus structure ~ Existing Service Advisors consistently exceeding bonus targets ~ NO WEEKENDS – Every Saturday and Sunday off! ~ Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm ~ Manufacturer training and career progression ~ Established premium main car dealership Interested?
