Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays off
- EVERY Sunday off
- Additional weekday off every other week

The Role:
As Used Car Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving the dealership’s sales performance and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy.
- Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA and manufacturer standards.
- Supporting and developing the sales team of 6 strong through coaching and leadership.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards.
- Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity.
- Ensuring all retail policies and procedures are followed to audit standard.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience in one of the following positions:
- Business Manager
- Transaction Manager
- Sales Controller
- Senior Sales Executive
You will be highly organised, target-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to tailor finance packages to suit individual customer needs.
