Salary – £32,000 Basic Salary | £65,000–£70,000 OTE | Plus Company Car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays off, plus a week day off every week.

The Role: As New Car Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the dealership’s new car sales performance and profitability while ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy and customer-focused solutions.
  • Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards.
  • Supporting, motivating, and developing the sales team through coaching and strong leadership.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and upholding brand standards.
  • Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity and achieving departmental targets.
  • Ensuring all retail policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed to audit standards.
  • Supporting the New Car Sales Manager in delivering manufacturer objectives and dealership profitability.

About You: To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience in one of the following positions:

  • Business Manager
  • Transaction Manager
  • Sales Controller
  • Senior Sales Executive

You will be highly organised, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to present and tailor finance and insurance products to meet individual customer requirements. Previous main dealer experience and a strong understanding of finance and compliance processes are highly desirable.
