Job Description Workshop Controller Salary: £39,500 Basic | £49,500 OTE + Overtime Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am–12:00pm, paid overtime) Richard Abson Group are currently supporting a well-established main dealership in Stockport in their search for an experienced Workshop Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, high-performing dealership where you will play a pivotal role in driving workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the workshop on a day-to-day basis. Monitor workshop productivity, performance, and efficiency targets Accurately record Technician hours and workshop activity Monday–Friday working pattern ~1 in 3 Saturday mornings (paid overtime) ~ Overtime opportunities available Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or Workshop Supervisor Ability to manage a fast-paced workshop and motivate a large team Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
