Location - Southport
Richard Abson Group are assisting a Prestige Car Dealership in Southport to find them an experienced Parts Advisor.
Your role will be to co-ordinate all parts sales to ensure that customers and technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them. Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising on the telephone
- Serving parts to in-house and retail customers
- Managing stock for the busy parts department
Some lifting and carrying will be involved, and you should have a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs.
The dealership is offering a basic of up to £29,000 with an OTE of £31,500 and overtime!
You’ll work Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday 8:30am-12:30 noon, and you’ll be based in a team of 4.
