Richard Abson Group are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded dealer group in Southport to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to lead their successful Service and Parts department. This is an excellent opportunity to take full control of a well-performing aftersales operation within a strong brand and supportive employer.
The Role
You will have overall responsibility for the performance, profitability and day-to-day management of the Aftersales department, overseeing a team of:
- 2 Service Advisors (Reception)
- 6 Workshop Technicians
- 1 Parts Advisor
- 1 Driver
Your focus will be on driving productivity, achieving and exceeding KPIs, maximising departmental profit, and delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead from the front, motivating and developing your team to maintain a high-performance culture.
The Candidate
We are looking for a proven Service/Aftersales Manager who can demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- A track record of improving performance and profitability
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- The ability to manage a sizeable department effectively
The Package
- £45,000–£50,000 Basic Salary (Plus car)
- Realistic OTE of £60,000+ with genuine scope to exceed
- Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
