Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Wrexham, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.
This is an amazing opportunity for a Service Advisor to work with a hugely successful brand and be supported by an outstanding employer, who are willing to continually invest in your training and development as the brand moves towards the new hybrid and electric era and continues to remain relevant and at the top of their game.
As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles, as well as sales of Service Plans and additional services.
Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:
- At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
- Enthusiasm and passion about customer service and sales.
- Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Salary and working hours: The Service Advisor basic salary of up to £28,600, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales.
