Richard Abson Group are helping a prestige car dealership in Llandudno, to find them a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles, as well as sales of Service Plans and additional services.
Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist:
- At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
- Enthusiasm and passion about customer service and sales.
- Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Salary and working hours: The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £31,500, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £36,500 - £37,500. Working hours are Monday to 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm and a very good weekend rota!
