Richard Abson Group is assisting a prestige car dealership in Liverpool to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and excellent training opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful, prestigious brand, supported by an outstanding employer committed to investing in your training and development, especially as the brand moves into the hybrid and electric era, maintaining its relevance and leadership in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with enquiries, technical information, and provide progress updates on their vehicles.
  • Promote sales of Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales.
  • Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and Working Hours:

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £26,000, with uncapped bonuses for hours sold, cross-sales, and service plan sales, potentially earning up to £35,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, with one in two Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.
