Role – Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Salary – £29,000 basic OTE £35,000

Location – Blackburn

Richard Abson Group is helping a prestige car dealership in Blackburn find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group working with several brands. They offer progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, technical information, and vehicle progress updates.
• Promote and sell Service Plans and additional services.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
• Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
• Experience with Kerridge and 1Link systems is preferred.

Salary and Hours

Basic salary up to £29,000, with uncapped bonuses for hours sold, cross-sales, and service plan sales, potentially earning between £35,000 – £37,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
