Richard Abson Group are working with a premium car dealership in Rochdale to recruit an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager. This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong stock levels, excellent support in place, and a team already achieving stretch targets.
The Role
Working alongside the New Car Sales Manager, you will lead the Used Car operation and play a key role in the overall performance of the sales department. You’ll manage a successful team of 8 Sales Executives, driving results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand compliance.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving used car sales performance and profitability
- Stock acquisition, appraisals, and part-exchange valuations
- Supporting the sales team with coaching, structure, and daily direction
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and brand standards
- Maximising finance and manufacturer promotions
- Working closely with the New Car Sales Manager to deliver site-wide targets
You’ll also benefit from strong on-site support, including a Business Manager who will focus on deal structure and finance conversion, allowing you to focus on leadership, performance and stock strategy.
