Driving finance and insurance performance through effective sales strategy. Ensuring all sales processes are compliant with FCA and manufacturer standards. Supporting and developing the sales team of 6 through coaching and leadership. Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, finance partners and internal stakeholders. Delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards. Assisting the sales team in maximising every sales opportunity. Ensuring all retail policies and procedures are followed to audit standard.
