Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced New Car Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with at least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership. You will have a solid understanding of vehicle ordering systems, specifications, and be IT competent, ideally with working knowledge of Kerridge/Drive. A professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills are essential.

The Role:

  • Supporting the sales team with all administrative duties.
  • Processing vehicle orders and invoices.
  • Managing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a main dealership.
  • Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Kerridge/Drive (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

What’s on Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £29,000 (depending on experience).
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
