Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced New Car Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with at least 1 year of experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator within a main dealership. You will have a solid understanding of vehicle ordering systems, specifications, and be IT competent, ideally with working knowledge of Kerridge/Drive. A professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills are essential.
The Role:
- Supporting the sales team with all administrative duties.
- Processing vehicle orders and invoices.
- Managing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Liaising with customers and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a main dealership.
- Knowledge of vehicle ordering systems and specifications.
- Familiarity with Kerridge/Drive (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
