Role – Bodyshop Workshop Controller
Earning potential – uncapped OTE, £31,000
Location – Stretford, Manchester
Richard Abson Group are looking to find an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller in Manchester, to work with a state-of-the-art vehicle repair bodyshop.
Due to the progression of the business, they are now looking to create a position for a Workshop Controller to join their team. You will oversee a team of highly motivated and successful Technicians. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a hugely successful business supported by an outstanding employer, who are willing to continually invest in your training and development as they focus on becoming leaders in the Automotive industry.
Requirements to be considered for the role of Workshop Controller:
- NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, or ATA qualified with a solid bodyshop background as a Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Manager or Quality Controller within a retailer, body repairer or crash report centre
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards progressing within the industry
- 2+ years’ experience as a Workshop Controller within a busy bodyshop
Working hours and salary as Workshop Controller:
- The dealership is offering an excellent salary, based on experience, qualifications and accreditations, with a realistic OTE of £31,000 (uncapped!)
- The bonus is achievable and is based on labour sales/hours in the department
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and rota’ed Saturday mornings (OT)
