Salary: £25,000 Basic | £52,000+ OTE (Uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is proud to be working with a well-established used car dealership in Trafford to recruit an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused team, specialising in used vehicle sales within a modern dealership environment.
The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Selling a range of quality used vehicles to retail customers.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Building long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale.
- Presenting finance and additional products in a compliant and professional manner.
- Maintaining high standards across the showroom and vehicle displays.
- Working as part of a professional and supportive sales team focused on performance, customer satisfaction and continued success.

- £25,000 basic salary
- Uncapped OTE of £52,000+
- Earnings based on both sales volume and profit per vehicle.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- One weekday off every week
- Every other weekend off
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a main dealership or used car environment.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A confident, professional and personable approach.
- A highly motivated and target-driven attitude.
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
- A full UK driving licence.
