Richard Abson Group are working with a premium car dealership in Liverpool to recruit an experienced and motivated New Car Sales Manager. This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong stock levels, excellent support, and a team already achieving stretch targets.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead the New Car operation and play a key role in the overall performance of the dealership’s sales department. You’ll manage a successful team of 7 Sales Executives, driving results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving new car sales performance and profitability
  • Supporting the sales team through coaching, structure, and daily leadership
  • Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and brand standards
  • Maximising finance penetration and manufacturer campaigns
  • Managing customer experience and sales process compliance
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver site-wide targets

You’ll also benefit from strong on-site support, including a dedicated Business Manager focused on deal structure and finance conversion, allowing you to concentrate on leadership, performance, and departmental strategy.
