Workshop Controller Location: Crewe Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic | OTE £46,000+ (Uncapped Bonus) Hours: Monday–Friday | No Weekends Richard Abson Group are working with a well-established main dealership in Crewe to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, high-performing site where you’ll take full control of workshop operations and drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Allocate and manage workloads for 11 Technicians * Support 3 Service Advisors with daily operations and customer updates * Ensure all servicing and repairs are completed on time and to a high standard * Monitor workshop productivity and performance * Accurately record Technician time and job progress * Produce clear technical reports and recommendations * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction What’s on Offer * Up to £40,000 basic salary * Uncapped bonus (OTE £46,000+) * Monday to Friday only – no weekends * Stable, established dealership environment Requirements * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Workshop Supervisor * Main dealership experience is essential * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills * Driven to maximise efficiency and profitability Apply now or contact Jake Jones at Richard Abson Group for a confidential discussion
