As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience.
You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
What we're looking for: A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach.
Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.
