Richard Abson Group are assisting a prestige car dealership in Llandudno in their search for an experienced Parts Advisor. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating all parts sales, ensuring Technicians and customers have the right parts available when required.
Duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries
- Liaising over the phone
- Supplying parts to both retail and workshop customers
- Managing stock within a busy parts department
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and a good understanding of customer requirements to recommend the most suitable products and services. Please note that some lifting and carrying will be involved within the role.
The dealership is offering a basic salary of 28,500 with an OTE of 33,000, including bonus and overtime opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
