Role – Senior Service Advisor

Salary – £32,000 basic OTE £38,000 (Realistic)

Location – Chester

Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Chester to find them a quality Senior Service Advisor. The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a hugely successful brand and supported by an outstanding employer, who are willing to continually invest in your training and development as the brand moves towards the new hybrid and electric era and continue to remain relevant and at the top of their game.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. You will also support the Service team day-to-day, helping to maintain high standards across customer service, workshop loading, and service plan sales. You will be responsible for upselling Service Plans and additional services, ensuring all opportunities are maximised whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements to be considered for the role of Senior Service Advisor:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales.
  • Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and working hours:

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £32,000, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales – earning £38,000 (currently the team is overachieving). Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with NO WEEKEND WORK.
