Car Sales Executive
Location: Wirral
Salary: £25,000 Basic | £60,000+ OTE (Uncapped) | Company Car
Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established used car dealership in Wirral .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson looking for excellent earning potential, a company car and a great work-life balance .
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Selling quality used vehicles
- Managing customer enquiries and appointments
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Maximising every sales opportunity
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maximising profit per vehicle
- Appraising part-exchange vehicles
- Presenting finance and additional products
- Building strong relationships and generating repeat/referral business
- Following up customers and enquiries

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
3-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Sunday off
- Week 2: 1 weekday off + Sunday off
- Week 3: Saturday & Sunday off
Every Sunday off + a full weekend off every 3 weeks.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in automotive sales
- Ideally experienced within a used car or main dealership
- Target-driven and commercially focused
- Confident and professional with customers
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Motivated by achieving strong earnings
- A full UK driving licence holder
