Role: Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Location: Warrington
Salary: £28,000 Basic | £42,000 OTE (Realistic) | Overtime Available
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, only 1 in 5 Saturday mornings
Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Warrington in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach.
- Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- £28,000 basic salary.
- Realistic OTE of £42,000 through uncapped bonus opportunities, including hours sold, service plans, and upsell/cross-sell performance.
- Current team members are consistently exceeding their bonus targets.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6pm.
- 1 in 5 Saturday mornings, paid at overtime!
