Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a successful, well-established main car dealership in Chester.

The Role
As Business Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the dealership's finance performance, maximising profitability and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising finance penetration and profitability across vehicle sales.
- Presenting finance packages and additional products to customers.
- Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Structuring deals and assisting the sales team in closing sales.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve departmental targets.
- Ensuring all finance and insurance processes meet FCA compliance requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and finance providers.
- Delivering excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
