Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Location: Bolton
Salary: £30,000 Basic | £38,000 Realistic OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join a well-established, premium main car dealership in Bolton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a £30,000 basic salary, a realistic £38,000 OTE and a great working environment.
You'll be joining a successful dealership offering excellent earning potential, manufacturer training and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role:
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Liaising with Technicians and the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Advising customers on additional work, repairs and service plans.
- Maximising bonus opportunities through upselling and excellent customer service.
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the aftersales process.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist within a main car dealership.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence in upselling service plans and additional work.
- Experience with Kerridge and 1Link would be beneficial.
- Organised, professional and able to work in a busy dealership environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 Basic Salary
