This is a great role for someone from hospitality, catering, fast casual dining, QSR, food retail, or corporate catering who enjoys running a smooth operation, developing a team, and delivering great food and service every day.

Our London Wall store is busy, fast-paced, and lunch-focused, with both in-store customers and corporate catering orders. This is a daytime role, usually 9am-5pm, making it ideal for a hospitality manager who wants responsibility and career growth without late-night shifts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the team during busy lunch periods, especially between 12pm and 2pm
  • Making sure customers receive fast, friendly, and professional service
  • Organising front-of-house and back-of-house duties
  • Allocating team roles and communicating daily priorities
  • Training new team members and helping them settle into the business
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and store presentation
  • Completing and checking food safety records, including temperature checks and cleaning records
  • Managing stock levels, supplier orders, and daily store supplies
  • Reducing waste and managing products efficiently
  • Managing daily corporate catering orders and making sure they are prepared, packed, and ready on time
  • Preparing weekly rotas and managing staff hours in line with the store budget
  • Reviewing timesheets, completing daily sales reports, and maintaining key business records
  • Supporting promotions, local marketing, customer engagement, and sales growth

What we're looking for:
