Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented Employment Solicitor (3–5 years PQE) to join our team on a fully remote and flexible basis. This role is ideal for a solicitor who wants high-quality work, autonomy and genuine work-life balance, while still being rewarded for performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising employers on day-to-day HR and employment law matters
  • Advising employees on settlement agreements, assisting in negotiating exit and ET litigation
  • Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
  • Handling disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Supporting restructures, redundancies and TUPE matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims (where required)
  • Building trusted relationships with business clients

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–5 PQE in employment law
  • Strong advisory experience acting for employers
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach to legal advice
  • Ability to manage matters independently
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely
