Ricardo is seeking a Test Facility Engineer to join the Midlands Technical Centre in Leamington Spa. The role focuses on leading installation of test rigs, managing facility safety, and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to support driveline and transmission validation projects.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background (Mechanical/Automotive preferred), experience in test facilities, and strong problem-solving, communication, and project-prioritization skills to deliver safe.
