Location: Leamington Spa
Contract rate: £18.97 per hour inclusive of shift premium

Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines such as aqua blast and rumbling machines.
- Perform media finishing to achieve precise surface requirements.
- Use inspection equipment to measure and check parts for imperfections.
- Assist with maintaining the equipment and supporting general duties to keep the area safe and tidy.
Key Competencies And Experience
- Must be vigilant and diligent, with a good attention to detail, and able to maintain high standards of work.
- Understand and interpret requirements accurately through effective questioning, listening, clarification, and implementation of information.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with colleagues.
- Use of literacy skills to complete route cards, records, etc.
- Basic PC skills to ensure electronic system is kept up to date.
- An industrious and enquiring individual working alone or as part of a team, without direct supervision.
- A willingness to learn new skills and advance their potential to become a competent and flexible member of the manufacturing team.
- Proven skills within an engineering environment; use of stream or drag finishing machines would be advantageous.
